What counts as a request?
Each successful call to /v1/sold, /v1/summary, /v1/active or /v1/best-platform is one request, whether it returns 1 sale or 240. Errors, /v1/usage and /v1/fees are free.
What happens at my limit?
Free stops until the next month. Paid plans keep working and the extra requests are billed at $5 per 1,000 on your next invoice.
How fresh is the data?
If a search hasn't been refreshed in the last hour, it's fetched live from each marketplace during your request. Popular searches are refreshed continuously.
Can I cancel any time?
Yes. Manage or cancel from your dashboard; your plan runs to the end of the period you paid for.
