The service
Resale Comps provides search and an API over publicly visible listing data from third-party resale marketplaces, plus fee calculators. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any marketplace. Marketplace names are trademarks of their owners.
Accounts and keys
You're responsible for activity on your account and API keys. Keep keys secret; revoke any key you think is exposed.
Acceptable use
Don't resell or redistribute raw data from the API as a competing dataset, attempt to get around rate limits or quotas, or use the service to violate any law or anyone's rights. Displaying results to your own users requires a Business plan.
Plans and billing
Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Requests beyond a paid plan's quota are billed as overage. You can cancel any time from the dashboard; access continues to the end of the paid period. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
Data accuracy
Data comes from third parties and is provided as is. Prices may not reflect accepted offers or discounts, and dates may be approximate where noted. Don't rely on it as the sole basis for financial decisions.
Liability
To the extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim.
